Rhythm for the better
In reality, most people struggle to move their bodies in a rhythmic or timely manner. If you can’t move properly, there’s often a noticeable gap between what you envision and how you actually move. By learning to control your movements on a detailed, part-by-part level and coordinating them effectively, you’ll develop a deeper, more intuitive understanding of your body from within. Active engagement of body-neuro linkage will promote a healthy being into the later stages of our lives.
Rhythm Step imposes triple tasks on the brain: staying on the line, matching the rhythm, and controlling movement. This promotes brain development and is also expected to be effective in preventing dementia.
